HOW CAN I ENCOURAGE MORE COMMENTS?

HOW CAN I ENCOURAGE MORE COMMENTS?

I know from the statistics that people are looking at my blog but since I first started updating Hill vs. Jenson et.al, there have only been three comments, the latest from Vern. Thanks Vern. It will be posted shortly.

I did receive a comment from a beautifully spirited young lady who had a personal question.  She was one of many young girls tragically born into polygamy, trying to make sense of her roots, and the despicable treatment she received. She is one of many heroic young ladies that have totally rejected the polygamist lifestyle, its fraudulent leaders, and on her very own, carved out a respectable, meaningful life. These young people, both men and women, go unsung in rebuilding their lives.  I don’t know where they get the strength but like all who overcome adversity, they are the very best among us.

I also know there are those who read this blog who don’t agree with my thinking.  I also know from the statistics which subjects seem to stimulate the most interest.  But interest doesn’t necessarily mean agreement.

When I write who do I have in mind?  When I update Hill vs. Jenson et.al. I have the members of AUB in mind.  I would really like to hear from an AUB member who disagrees with me so we can establish a dialogue.  I will respect all reasonably presented, anonymous disagreements.  Why would I like to hear from an AUB member?  Because, like Vern, I think the AUB members are being screwed over by the AUB priesthood.

I have no animosity towards the AUB members.  Throughout the investigation, trial and Supreme Court appeals Rod and I have done what we could to safeguard the AUB member’s interest. But now that Judge Eyre’s Augmentation of the remainder of Virginia Hill’s award has been received the AUB members are apt feel the pinch. Not because that’s what Virginia wants, but because LaMoine and his priesthood cronies are going to strategically and diabolically try to shift the burden of the Augmentation onto the shoulders of the members.  For example, Judge Eyre has awarded Virginia 10 % interest on 3.8 million, going back to 1990 – and that doesn’t include attorney fees.  I’ll bet Rulon Allred is turning over with disgust in his grave.

Going back when Ormand Lavery and Marvin Allred were alive the priesthood has worked hard to inculcate a presumption that the priesthood is infallible and watched over by God.  I still remember Ormond at a general priesthood meeting declaring – “God will not let us (the priesthood) lead you people astray.”

The Virginia Hill law suit has acted as a unifying agent – unifying the true believers behind the priesthood.  Adversity has a way of stimulating unification.  The AUB leadership knows that , and that is why cult-like organizations like AUB that tolerates dishonesty needs devils more than they need gods.

A lot of untrue salacious accusations have been said about Virginia to make it look like stealing from a wicked woman is no sin.  But I know her correct background and her heart. I know her feelings towards the people of AUB.  She has more compassion towards the AUB membership than they have for her. That is because of the lies the priesthood has told about her. As for integrity and morality, she stands head and shoulders above the men who profess to be God’s anointed, men who used God to justify the theft of Virginia‘s money.

A message to AUB true believers:  Virginia is not at all like you have been told.  By the way, in that same general priesthood meeting, Ormond said, “I would lie, lie, lie through my teeth to save the priesthood!”  Suggesting those who heard him should do the same thing.  During the 1905 Smoot Hearings it was called “Lying for the Lord.”  Because lying is permitted, Mormon fundamentalists are among the best liars in the world.

I’d like to hear from someone in AUB. I’d like someone to challenge my thoughts if they think I’m wrong.

I would presume that A.U.B. members are reticent to enter into a dialog due to the disrespectful way in which them and their beliefs are described in many of your postings.

Perhaps their leaders made a mistake (or several), but perhaps they realize that they we are all imperfect, and leave God to make the judgments and hold others to account.

Their testimony of the principles Fundamentalists believe in are not dependent on their leaders' perfection or otherwise. They are largely peaceful people who are happy to help their neighbors, although antagonism and misrepresentation does make their lives more difficult.

I find it interesting that all human drama continues to play out in one of three roles, VICTIM - VILLAIN - HERO. If I tend to be the HERO then in order to maintain my story that I am a HERO, I must see others as either VICTIMS that I need to protect/save or VILLAINS that I need to bring to justice or protect the poor VICTIMS from.

John you sure seem to spend a lot of energy playing the HERO. The downside of this is a HERO will only play the HERO long enough to feel like a VICTIM that nobody understands or appreciates.

Thus we get to hear about how concerned you are for the members of AUB (VICTIMS you created in your mind to support your HERO persona)and how frustrated you are that they don't respond to you (misunderstood VICTIM) Or we can read how Virginia Hill (VICTIM) was maligned by the Big, Bad AUB (VILLAIN) and is now finally getting justice from the wonderful Judge (HERO) thanks to support from Rod (HERO) and you (SUPER HERO).

I wonder what life would be like in a world where everyone took responsibility for their choices and quit blaming everyone else for them.

I am a strong believer in Karma and that if you operate outside of integrity your bound to create experiences that force you back into integrity sometimes in very harsh manners.

I can't think of a better example of Karma coming around to slap a whole chain of no integrity clowns then this crazy story.
So you have Virginia Hill with a whole stash of dirty money thinking she can operate out of integrity and benefit from it. This combination of course attracts John Shugart another stellar beacon of integrity who promises to connect her with someone with lots of experience in pulling off dirty deals John Putvin. At this point you already have a recipe for Fraud soup. No matter which direction you go from here its a mess. Now bring into play a crazy polygamist cult famous for gold fever and there is no hope for redemption.

This seems pretty simple to me. Make the fraudulent thieves Shugart, Putvin and any AUB members who knowingly were involved pay back the 1.54 million with no interest.

She would have got no interest on her dirty money if it was left in her basement or wherever you hide that much cash that you don,t want to account for. Giving her any interest or punitive damages only rewards her for bad behavior and lets her off the hook for being out of integrity in the first place. This also uses the legal system to launder her dirty money. Maybe that was the plan in the first place. Did you ever think of that?

How about this as well. We let the members of AUB experience Karma and learn from their choices and actions.
They are responsible for their choices and the state of their lives not AUB. There is plenty of info out there for them to make informed decisions and I bet they believe that they are.

I know you have a lot of emotional attachment to AUB but did you ever consider that someday you will have to let it go and take responsibility for your life too.

    Well said Erastus...

"Another persons beliefs are sacred and personal to them. You don't need to agree with my beliefs for them to be right for me."

If you truly believed your perspective was correct why are you so interested in a bunch of polygamists agreeing with you? Why don't you move on and use your energy to create the life you want instead of wasting so much energy lashing out and blaming people from your past for the choices you made and the problems you have created???

You have no idea how badly some viewers might want to respond on your blog, who are inside the AUB, or have knowledge passed on to them on the outside, from AUB members. We are all too afraid of being identified by telling our own stories of what goes on in the AUB. I have suspicions of things that have gone on in the AUB, worse than theft. I saw you on Doris Hansons show. You don't know how bad I wanted to call in, but I don't want to tell my story in a public forum. I would be immediately identified if any AUB viewers were watching, and the consequences could be devastating. I have been a secret viewer of Doris Hanson's show and Shawn McCraney's show for over a year. Lamoine Jenson is very evil in my opinion. There are many good and very decent women in the AUB, some of the men are almost as much a victim as the women and children, but a lot of the men in my opinion are evil, pedophiles and thieves. Some try to marry any woman with assets and coerce them out of their assets. Some tell the woman that a respected Priesthood holder (to the woman)told them before they died that they would want said man to marry said woman. If you have a way I can contact you, where our conversation will be entirely confidential, I could tell you some things of interest. I know some of the same people you do, but I have never met you. As with Doris Hanson and Shawn McCraney, keep up the good work! Share your information with as many people as you can. It's too bad that many of the people who need to have their eyes opened don't have access to the internet, or in some cases, even to tv. Although the AUB is the most liberal Polygamist group that I am aware of, not all members have internet. Some don't even have tv. Especially in Fundamentalist Mormon groups outside of the AUB. One thing that always makes me laugh is how many mainstream LDS mormons find fundamental mormonism so shocking and repulsive. They distance themselves from them and don't want to be indentified with them in any way. What do they think their church was founded on? Mormon Fundamentalism! It is still in the LDS mainstream Doctrine today....
